DIY, it makes me so high to do DIY, la la laaaa

What a DIY Sunday. First off, April and I set off to Pet Box and looked at all the animals for a fgood hour. Next, we went to San-A..cool supermarket type place, bought some cool Japanese food and some curtains for our huge living room window...lots of NVC going on since there was a slight language barrier, but the ladies helping me were very nice. First there was one, then two, then three and finally four. All helped me get the right size curtains. Ate lunch in McDonalds, yes that place is everywhere. Tried on a bunch of funny looking hats, came home and fell asleep in the 'lawn' furniture, that Albert has decided is "comfortable and practical". I am always right! Next said superstar DIY king hubby, put together a BarBQ and then a big black satellite dish. Meanwhile, April had crashed a kids party across the street and we had some fireworks. Talking of fireworks, last night we spent a couple of hours on our roof watching the Ginowan annual firework display. I will post some pics soon. I can't seem to plug the camera in the computer these days, it is just too much of an effort!
