CURRY, thank god I can get curry out here (not necessary this one, this just demonstrates the Okinawans' love of the stuff). I had spent too many years in San Diego eating at Indian Restaurants that were not very Indian-y (I am an Indian food snob, I come from London now, it can't be helped). I have no idea why they don't have these in England. I mean Indian food to us is like Mexican food to San Diegans...you can get it anywhere and it is quality!

So your collection of sunsets got me thinking, I want to make one of those photo books full of Okinawa sunsets before leaving the island. Thanks for being inspiring!
That's a great idea. A whole book full of them, all different. I think that's a great thing to take from here. Also, I will have the biggest glass bowl of shells and I bet that will be my most treasured 'souvenir!'
