Tatiana takes on Okinawa! | Okinawa Photographer

When Tatiana emailed me asking about a shoot to celebrate herself, I thought, ohhhh this sounds like it could be a blast. The email started like this: "Dear Pamela, First of all, your photos are mesmerizing. Here's why I'm writing to you. I wanted to book a solo photo shoot...Recently I've been feeling pretty good about myself and just wanted to capture this wonderful state of "it-feels-so-good-to-feel-good..."

The more we chatted about her vision, the more I began to see the images in my head. A connection was made! My brill friend and fellow photographer, Michelle, came to the shoot with me. She said she'd hold the reflector (that I think we got out once!) but we always work so well together so we held each others energy too! She also put up this big backdrop too, that I no doubt, would have failed at! Missy and I. Good times!

of bright, bold, strong colours to match how Tatiana felt...I think we got the 'this wonderful state of it-feels-so-good-to-feel-good'! I just feel chilled looking at this!

Moving to merge the urban with the sea (anyone that knows me know my love of graffiti and people and the sea. All combined. YES! But one must let the joggers pass! LOL

 It was hot!

 and super sunny, practically midday...

But we got some fantastic shots! And I was excited for the challenge of this shoot!
