Sunday Morning

Sunday morning saw me doing my 2nd maternity photo shoot, here is a taste...I am really feeling more comfortable and confident doing this. I don't mean confidence in my photos, I feel good about my photographic skills. I mean building rapport, 'directing' the shoot and just generally feeling at ease with the people I meet. I am quite shy in some ways, you know.
I notice as the session goes on, it is like unwinding, everyone starts to feel at ease in their role and relaxes. We all just 'become'. (OK, I think this sea air has got to me 'ead, everyone say 'om' and repeat)...
Anyway, Marylou was a great model to work with. She is a natural as you can see... Here's one I took of April after the shoot, another natural, but we already know that...

Julie, from the shoot last week, really loves her photos and I am very happy about that! They came out great, both the maternity shots and the family shots.

In other news:

It is drizzling outside and humid.

I haven't heard any mosquitos (yet) tonight.

It is 5 minutes to midnight and I should be in bed. Goodnight. Don't let the bed bugs bite!
